The Role of the National Police in Countering the Activities of Organized Criminal Groups in the Economic Sphere

The significance and main directions of the activity of the National Police of Ukraine in combating organized criminal groups operating in the economic sphere are examined. The peculiarities of detection, suppression, and investigation of economic offenses committed by organized criminal structures are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the cooperation of the National Police with other state authorities and law enforcement agencies whose activities are aimed at ensuring the economic security of the state. The importance of coordination, information exchange, and joint measures in improving the effectiveness of combating organized crime in the economic sphere is determined.
