Psycho-emotional stability of higher education seekers in conditions of prolonged martial law: risk factors and adaptation resources

The research focuses on the analysis of psychological resilience of higher education students under conditions of prolonged martial law. It highlights the impact of security threats, transformations in the educational process, socio-economic instability, and information overload on students’ emotional well-being. Risk factors leading to increased anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and reduced academic motivation are identified. Adaptation resources are outlined, including social support, development of self-regulation skills, psychological assistance, and flexible organization of the educational environment. The importance of a comprehensive approach to strengthening psychological resilience as a prerequisite for maintaining mental health and professional development is substantiated.
