The integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the activities of patrol police represents a promising direction for modernizing the public safety system and improving the efficiency of law enforcement in Ukraine. The use of intelligent data analysis tools, automated surveillance systems, object recognition technologies, risk prediction models, and цифрової аналітики enables new approaches to operational response, optimization of decision-making processes, and enhancement of communication between the police and the public. At the same time, the implementation of artificial intelligence raises a number of challenges related to human rights protection, ethical standards, cybersecurity risks, algorithm transparency, and the need for appropriate legal regulation.
Particular attention is paid to the перспективи of applying artificial intelligence in patrol policing, including automation of routine tasks, improvement of situational assessment accuracy, reduction of workload for police officers, and development of preventive approaches to public order maintenance. The importance of professional training for police personnel in working with innovative digital tools is emphasized, as well as the necessity of maintaining a balance between technological progress and adherence to the principles of legality, proportionality, and respect for privacy. The integration of artificial intelligence is considered a комплексний process that requires the combination of technological innovation, legal safeguards, and institutional readiness of the law enforcement system for digital transformation.
