The abstract substantiates the importance of modeling professional communication situations as an effective pedagogical tool for developing negotiation skills in future police officers. It emphasizes that modern police practice requires not only legal knowledge but also the ability to conduct constructive dialogue, prevent escalation, and achieve lawful outcomes through communication rather than coercion. The relevance of practice-oriented training approaches that simulate real-life professional interactions is highlighted as a necessary component of contemporary police education.

The educational potential of role-playing exercises, scenario-based tasks, and structured training sessions aimed at strengthening listening skills, persuasive communication, argumentation, and conflict de-escalation is examined.
